Construction Field Clerk - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Continental Heavy Civil Corp, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida has an opening for a Construction Field Clerk.

As an onsite Construction Field Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our project management efforts by providing administrative and clerical assistance.

Basic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day project support and management assistance.

• Work with project manager to create, maintain, and update records.
• Track and document trucking tickets.
• Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and digital files
• Manages project documents that are received, copied, or scanned while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Print and organize necessary meeting documents as requested.
• Order and maintain office supply inventory, including printing supplies.
• Assist in coordinating job site functions such as safety meetings, and specific lunches.
• Performs other related administrative and technical duties as may be assigned or requested by immediate supervision. 
• Take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes, and schedule and track tasks.
• Run errands as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs
• Be detail oriented, ability to organized, and strong analytical skills.
• 1 years of experience in document Control experience with construction is preferred.
