  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews for all areas of business.
  • Execute administrative tasks relating to regularly scheduled interview days.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team members with candidate sourcing.
  • Must have the ability to be creative in onboarding strategies.
  • Ability to influence others to follow recruiting process
  • Be able to work independently
  • Work in the Applicant Tracking System and maintain applicant data and job postings.
  • Promote compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulation.
  • Recognize & appreciate our culture and use it to help move the recruiting team forward
  • Administer all onboarding paperwork to incoming new hires with continuous follow up.
  • Be flexible & develop a strong communication flow with each team member being assisted.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Ability to do local travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Results orientated and collaborative work style required.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in HR/Recruiting or Sales is a plus.
  • Ability to speak passionately and fluently about why you want to recruit.
  • Exercise confidentiality.
  • Proven experience connecting quickly with people and influencing behavior.
  • Be bold and unafraid to speak up and share feedback.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture and be able to explain how you've executed work without a roadmap before.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven.
