Long standing provider of North American logistics services is in need of experienced accountant to manage books of 3 entities

Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• Experienced and highly proficient in QuickBooks Online

• Intercompany accounting experience

• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Public accountancy experience

• Experience in real state transitions and rent reconciliation

Duties include
- Prepare financial statements for CEO (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and various other reports)

- Conduct monthly closing processes
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Reconcile credit cards and bank statements
- Assist Controller/CFO on the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with AP/AR staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Communicate with designated CPA on items needed and notices
- Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
