Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR), Retail Sales (RS)
Classification: Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt
Normal Hours: Commonly an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday-
Saturday
General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible to sell goods and to provide a positive customer experience primarily via
phone, chat, or email, but may also engage with customers on the retail selling floor. A person in this position
also records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. May perform one-off
deliveries to support the customer relationship. Generates leads continually for the outside sales team.
Experience with face to face customer service is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process
improvements are contributed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):
● Associate Degree, or equivalent experience; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Experience (type and amount of experience required):
● Meeting the below KSAVs and
● Minimum 6 months working for the Company in any capacity, or
● Minimum of 1 year experience elsewhere within a sales role
