Description
Subaru of Georgetown is looking for a Finance Assistant to bring on to our Finance Department. Interested but not sure you have the experience? No need to worry, we offer training! No experience is required other than attention to detail, accuracy, adaptable communication, ease with technology, self-management, etc.
Experience with CDK is a plus.
The Finance Assistant is responsible for Assisting with F&I needs, such as preparation and closing of deals. Primary responsibilities will be entering data in our DMS system (CDK) after the deal has left the front sales desk. Information will be loaded and properly checked before passing the deal into F&I.
After contracting, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Breakdown of the deal
• Commission recap printouts
• Gathering of information/forms
• Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I department
• Warranty/Ancillary products cancellations
• Answering calls for the Finance Department

Requirements:

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Proficiency in operating a PC
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently if necessary
• Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality

Compensation:

• $20 - $23 an hour

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
