```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 2D and 3D models of building designs using various software programs. Your work will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of projects.

```Duties```
- Create and develop detailed 2D and 3D models of building designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Evolve, and other software programs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
- Generate accurate schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings for construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection analysis using NavisWorks to identify and resolve any conflicts or issues in the design.
- Assist in the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems within the building model.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality models.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, NavisWorks, Evolve, and other relevant software programs.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in complex models.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify clashes or conflicts within the model.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
