Conti Civil, LLC. is Hiring a Roadway Superintendent Near Hampstead, NC
- Leads the development of the project schedule with the Project Manager and ensures the team is executing to the plan
- Sets, communicates and enforces production goals and schedules with the crews
- Implements effective cost controls over labor, material, and equipment
- Manages and develops Foremen
- Manages equipment on the project and promotes a culture of equipment care
- Ensures accurate documentation
- Manages Subcontractors
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of progressive experience within the Heavy Civil Market (Infrastructure preferred)
- Experience with running self-performed earthwork
- Experience with mass excavation and grading
- Expert knowledge of various areas of construction (structures, piles, bridges, earthwork, utilities)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent teamwork, communication and people skills a must.
