Contemporary Staffing Solutions is looking for a qualified Foreclosure Reconciliation Associate for one of their TOP mortgage clients located in Coral Gables, FL. This will be a temp to possible hire opportunity offering $20/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Perform governmental accounting tasks, including general ledger reconciliation, tax preparation, and journal entries
- Manage accounts receivable and credit analysis to ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Oversee payroll management using Paychex software
- Utilize Sage accounting software to maintain accurate financial records

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and journal entry procedures
- Experience with tax preparation and compliance
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze credit data and make informed decisions
- Excellent budgeting skills to assist in financial planning
- Competence in payroll management using Paychex or similar systems
