• Verify benefits for patients of mental health practice.
• Verify benefits and collections for provider schedules.
• Interact with patients in a kind, supportive, and informative manner when resolving billing concerns in-office or by phone.
• Identify billing issues.
• Assist front office with registration and collections.

• MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Education: College Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
