Contemporary Care LLC is Hiring a Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator (FT) Near Greenwich, CT

Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator needed for a rapidly growing psychiatric practice.

We are looking for a friendly, personable, and highly reliable individual with a strong work ethic.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

One year or more working experience in medical practice.
Medical reception services, payment collection, and scheduling.
Highly organized and efficient with great time management skills.
Excellent writing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and colleagues in a high-volume practice.
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Familiarity with EMR and PM software.

The candidate must be able to work on a schedule from Monday to Friday.
