### Job Overview:

We are seeking an Appointment Confirmer/ Scheuler to join our team. As an Appointment Confirmer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. ### Duties:

- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services

- Utilize effective communication skills to explain the benefits of our offerings and schedule appointments for our sales team

- Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as online directories, social media, and industry events

- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system accordingly

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and provide any necessary information or context

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with potential customers

### Experience:

- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers effectively

- Familiarity with technical sales or technology-related products is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
