Youth Respite Care Worker: Eau Claire

Position includes caring for a teenage girl!

Hours/Desired Schedule:

• Saturdays starting out
• 5 hours a week
• Flexible schedule

Pay: $16.40

Location: In the community mostly, occasionally in the home

Tasks

• Be a like a mentor for the member
• Occasional personal care help
• Help member with learning to do basic chores herself
• Go out into the community and get member involved

Preferred Qualifications:

• Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication

Requirements*:

• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

• Weekends as needed

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Eau Claire, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
