Caregiver/Respite Provider

Location: Green Bay

Wage: $15.22/hr Before taxes etc

Hours:

• Up to 6 Hours a week
• Friday 3-6p or 4-7p
• One additional afternoon, either weekday or weekend, as mutually agreed upon by provider and family.

· These activities would be in the families residence at first, with the potential for activities eventually moving outside (around the apartment complex) during spring/summer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, caring and understanding individual
• Reliable
• Can redirect behaviors

The Member Enjoys:

• Movies
• Playing with age appropriate toys

Needs:

• Supervision: Monitor for safety
• Positive activities in the community and socialization
• Redirect negative behaviors

Requirements:

• Provide 1:1 Supports
• Willing to undergo and pass a caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of Insurance & Registration
