Childcare Provider for 3 Children

Location: Weston, WI

Wage: $17.67/hr & $259.35/overnight (2x/month)

Hours:

• Up to 32 hours per month PLUS two overnights
• Opportunity for additional hours
• 32 hours per month/8 hours per week paid at $17.67/hour
• Two overnights a month are paid at $259.35
• Hourly Days/Evenings: As mutually agreed upon by provider and family.
• Occasional weekend shift, as mutually agreed upon by provider and family.

· These activities would be in the families residence at first, with the potential for activities eventually moving to the community once rapport and trust is built.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, caring and understanding individual
• Reliable
• Can redirect behaviors
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Experience working with children who are neurotypical

The Member Enjoys:

• Nintendo
• Arts and crafts
• Outdoors
• Playing with age-appropriate toys

Needs:

• Supervision: Monitor for safety
• Positive activities in the home and community
• Redirect negative behaviors
• Homework assistance
• Minimal personal cares
• Must be able to queue the member in daily living activities

Requirements:

• Provide 1:1 Supports
• Willing to undergo and pass a criminal and caregiver background check prior to hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have prior caregiving experience and experience working with children
• Must possess the ability to be patient, kind, and caring
• CPR/First Aide certified OR willing to obtain
