Support brokers coordinate the day-to-day implementation of contractual requirements within the state’s Medicaid guidelines.
Duties include training, enrolling, reporting, auditing, and complying with contract deliverables as well as ensuring company best practices are followed and upheld.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
