Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a RPA Analyst, who will be responsible for creating and maintaining process maps and utilizing standard templates for capturing the requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience with Robotic process automation (RPA)
• Experience with Process Improvement
• Experience with Process Mapping
• Experience with Requirements Gathering
• Experience with User Stories
• Experience with Automation anywhere
• Experience with GenAI and Kore.ai- Virtual Assistance is a plus
• Product Owner/Manager experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Understanding APIs
• Being well organized
• Understanding the business hierarchy
• Experience with Visio diagrams
• Experience with User interface markup
• Understanding RPA Automation
• Executing tasks over and over
• Being able to communicate to customer
