Consulting Services Group, LLC is Hiring a Senior SAT/ Identity Management Policy Advisor Near Augusta, GA

Consulting Services Group is currently seeking a Senior Special Activity Team (SAT) / Identity Management Policy Advisor. Position requires expertise in policymaking while communicating with policy and senior Department of Defense (DoD) leaders related to SAT / Identity Management issues. The Senior SAT / Identity Management Policy Advisor will be responsible for assisting policy analysts in creating policies and looking at ways to implement policies after they have been approved by upper management and senior DoD officials. The Senior SAT / Identity Policy Advisor must analyze both DoD and other USG policy issues so they can devise effective advocacy and program strategies in accordance with DoD customer requirements. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Advising senior DoD leaders on policy issues related to SAT / Identity Management.
  • Preparing reports that outline the implications of proposed policy or other policy changes related to SAT / Identity Management.
  • Perform research on topics related to SAT / Identity Management issues in order to develop informed opinions about potential courses of action for DoD customers.
  • Coordinating with government agencies to ensure compliance with applicable law regulations pertinent to DoD SAT / Identity Management operations.
  • Reviewing proposed laws for possible impact on DoD SAT / Identity Management operations or the overall management of SAT / Identity Management as a whole.
  • Participating in meetings with DoD and other USG officials to discuss current events and issues affecting DoD SAT / Identity Management efforts.
  • Engagement with private and public sector industry leaders to discuss relevant issues affecting SAT / Identity Management.
  • Facilitate and participate in intra-DoD and USG interagency policy meetings concerning SAT / Identity management issues as required by DoD customers.
  • Serve as principal author and key point of contact on various SAT / Identity Management-related contract proposals and initiatives as required by DoD customers.
  • Provide technical advice on policy, regulations, law, and other considerations pertinent to SAT / Identity Management to senior DoD decision makers.
  • Effectively integrate and apply third-party risk assessments related to SAT / Identity Management provided by DoD customer elements.
  • Develop appropriate departmental procedures, processes, and business practices within DoD customer enterprise specific to managing SAT / Identity Management efforts.
  • Investigate and facilitate resolution of SAT / Identity Management security incidents and recommend enhancements to improve overall DoD customer security posture.
  • Work closely with other SAT / Identity Management subject matter experts and management to develop skillset for non-routine work.
  • Create and manage initiatives that improve overall DoD customers' SAT / Identity Management programs.
Qualifications Required:

Experience:

  • Must have a current/active Top-Secret Security / SCI (eligible) with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with policy analysis, development, or management related to USG (preferably DoD) SAT / Identity Management activities.
  • Experience with traditional Identity Management and Cyber Identity Management Experience. Any type of Operational Support work experience is also a plus (IO, CI, HUMINT).

Desired Experience:

  • Completion of the following JCITA courses: Advance Technicians Course, Advance Planners Course and Due Diligence Course

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in relevant field applicable to management, public policy administration, or SAT / Identity Management
Security Clearance:
  • Must have a current/active Top-Secret Security / SCI (eligible) with ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Travel: Occasional short term CONUS travel may be required.

Job Location: On site in the vicinity of Augusta Georgia.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
