FLEET COORDINATOR- FULL TIME

Consultant Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is the largest, locally owned consulting engineering and construction management firm in Arizona. We provide quality services to clients throughout the Southwest. This position will assist the Fleet Manager as the Fleet Coordinator and will continue acquiring new skills advancing in the role in the department.

Responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed. Coordinate shuttling of vehicles to and from corporate office and in the field.

Some light mechanical ability in changing batteries and flat tires or other small repairs.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with vehicles readiness: Handle spare keys, add documentation or items to vehicle, assign tags. Document and track all vehicles.

Assist with the preparation of vehicles for disposal: Complete basic condition report checklist, verify equipment and parts such as spare keys are complete, coordinate repairs or maintenance with Fleet Manager.

Assist with accident reporting and subrogation tasks.

Ability to change tires, change batteries in light mechanical duties.

Computer aptitude: ability to work within email, software, and vendor systems, run reports.

Maintain GPS and fleet location for 180 vehicles.

Maintain fleet servicing schedule for maintenance, coordinating and routing vehicles to be serviced.

Perform other duties as assigned or needed under direction of the Fleet Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience performing administrative, operational tasks in a fleet environment.

Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work fulltime hours M-F

Ability to sit, stand and walk for periods of time working in an office and outdoors.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
