Temporary Nursing Assistant:

Paid Training. No experience necessary. Full time position guaranteed after class.

Temporary Nursing Assistants will work under supervision of the RN Educator and partner with Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide routine direct nursing care to assigned residents/patients, following successful completion of a minimum 140 hours paid in house training. During this on-the-job training period, Consulate Health Care will work with the Temporary Nursing Assistant to further improve and expand his/her patient care skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Career Ladder

Completion of the 140 hours course and following clinical skills checklist allows testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant - that comes with a pay increase!

Temporary Nursing Assistants/Nurse Aide in Training are encouraged to seek a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
