```Overview```

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Building Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal applicant is well acquainted with all construction phases of the project, exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, i swell organized, self motivated and have the ability to multi-task.

```Responsibilities```
- Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents
- Conduct on-site visits to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost estimates
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material pricing
- Research and source materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Create comprehensive project proposals and bid packages
- Present estimates to clients and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, proposals, and correspondence

```Qualifications```
- 3 years (minimum) of experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating techniques, and project coordination
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics, contracts, and other technical documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project scheduling software or Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
