We provide all the training you’ll need to have meaningful and educational conversations with homeowners. You’ll use our state-of-the-art technology, making it easier to accomplish your goal of scheduling educational meetings with homeowners. And you’ll help the planet by promoting an environmentally and economically friendly way to power our neighbors’ homes while earning a great living.
Responsibilities:
· Travel as a team throughout the greater Charleston area, engaging with homeowners via door knocking to generate interest in our energy solutions.
· Quickly build a rapport with and the interest of the homeowners you’ll meet and get them excited to sit down to talk about solar with one of our Sales Educators.
· Use our technology to accurately record key information and automatically provide your teammates with relevant information, enabling them to move the process of going solar forward for homeowners.
· Always represent ConstructSun with professionalism, enthusiasm, and an obsession to please our customers.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas.
· Internally, share insights, strategies, and best practices that can improve the entire team.

· We provide you with prepared scripts and materials to support your discussions in a compelling, succinct, and persuasive manner.
· Utilizing our technology, you won’t waste time knocking on homes of renters, or homes and homeowners that do not qualify for solar.
· On an ongoing basis, your team leadership will keep you updated on the latest new products, innovations, and policies that affect our industry.
· We encourage your professional development and advancement within ConstructSun.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product benefits to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and expanding customer base
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in solar sales or related industries is highly desirable
