Clinity Talent is Hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Near Brewster, NY

SUMMARY:

Coordinate all aspects of care for people to ensure active treatment is provided on an ongoing basis in the least restrictive environment, as per the OPWDD.

DUTIES:

  • Coordinate individuals’ services with Care Manager and other outside service providers.
  • Develop and implement goal programming and activity schedules.
  • Ensure individuals’ personal environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure individuals’ finances and personal property are appropriately managed and protected.
  • Obtain/maintain agency van certification and transport as needed.
  • Maintain communication with family/correspondent

REQUIREMENTS:

  • AMAP certified (or ability to obtain certification w/in 3 months of hire)
  • Agency driver authorized (or ability to obtain authorization w/in 3 months of hire
  • Valid NYS Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
