The Operations Support Specialist is primarily responsible for working with the Operations Support Team on the Broker Portal including but not limited to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all system data that meets company requirements and guidelines. Other duties include a review of a broker, table funding, and correspondent applications for approval. Other tasks include assisting the team with corporate communication, CRM, and HMDA project examples. The employee will work with Operations Support Manager and SVP Operations on tasks as needed.

What you will do for Constructive Loans:

• Coordinate operational deliverables for timely completion
• Work with Operations Support Team on procedural and operational changes
• Collaborate with various external and internal partners and departments
• Generate and revise reporting to assist departments in day-to-day tasks
• Coordinate efforts for corporate communications, audits, and presentations
• Assist with corporate initiatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What you will bring to Constructive Loans:

• High school diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a group/team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated, detail-driven, highly responsive, and have a strong initiative and drive
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Conventional and Commercial loans
