The Project Manager (PM) bears responsibility for the overall delivery and day to day management of the design, procurement and construction of a project including cost, schedule and quality control. Works directly with the client as the client’s representative to the project, all project sub-consultants and sub-contractors. Directs the site management team, design team, contract administration, construction accounting, and others as required to assure successful completion of the project and to ensure that customer expectations are met. Coordinates all team manpower requirements with resource management.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
5 Years Project Management Experience
5 Years Construction Experience
5 Years Telecommunication\Mission Critical Facilities Experience
Fundamental knowledge and technical requirements from relevant functional area
Knowledge and experience in planning, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to manage a team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward
Ability to coordinate with multiple groups, crews, foreman and managers for project resources
Ability to lead project meetings to facilitate project progression
Proficient with Windows-based platform, computer skills
Proficient with Procore Project Management Software is preferred.
Strong familiarity with construction and electrical codes, plan reading capabilities
Strong budget and change management capabilities
Accountable for adherence on projects of all Project Management policies, process, procedures, tools and client compliance guidelines
Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to routine and moderately complex problems
Good organizational skills, and ability to work in team environment
Desire to raise standards of excellence in construction

Require manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities. Requires periodic travel to the jobsites. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance. Periodically travels to project sites for meetings, inspections and client interface.
