Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of formwork rental and sales projects.
• Conduct facility inspections/audits to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Assist in managing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety in alignment with company policies and practices.
• Foster and maintain customer relationships to enhance the company’s project procurement capabilities, minimize risk, and promote operational efficiency and excellence.
• Plan and coordinate material and equipment schedules to optimize their efficient utilization.
• Manage all vendor contracts, including the related processes and procedures.
• Undertake special projects and fulfill any other duties needed to support the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 6 months of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels, as well as with customers and vendors.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to effectively analyze and organize substantial information pertaining to plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• In-depth understanding of safety protocols, including OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and jobsite visits.
