Construction Pros on Call LLC is Hiring a Site Superintendent Near Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site
- Review and interpret project contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and punch lists
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
- Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore or Primavera) to track project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam)
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles in construction projects
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
