Construction Management Inc. is Hiring a Project Coordinator (FT) Near Rapid, SD

  • Looking for a self-motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with the process of our hotel construction projects
  • $20 to $25 an hour depending on experience.
  • Office hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team in organizing the project tasks and identifying resources and information to make the project successful.
Duties
  • Execute complete and accurate takeoffs and plan reviews for upcoming projects.
  • Submit RFIs pertaining to missing details discovered during plan reviews.
  • Obtain applicable construction permitting and licensing for projects.
  • Assist Project Manager in obtaining multiple bids per scope.
  • Check incoming bids for accuracy, pricing, completed supplements, etc.
  • Answer questions regarding plan details.
  • Communicate and cooperate with city officials and inspectors in a professional manner
  • Assist in bidding, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials for projects.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
