Construction Machinery Company is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Louisville, KY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing and purchasing parts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts management, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Duties:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of parts
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Coordinate with dealership personnel to fulfill parts orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy

Experience:
- Previous experience in parts counter sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Equipment parts is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus-

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

-Valid Drivers License

-Able to obtain a medical card
