We're looking to make a long-term addition to the team by adding a Senior Project Manager to join us in our HQ office in Austin, TX.

Job Details
Job Details / Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are
accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
2. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
3. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
4. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
5. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
6. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
7. Deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing the status of projects, any issues arising, and proposed solutions.
8. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
9. Implement quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
10. Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successful
project delivery running projects that exceed $50M
2. Proven experience as a General Contractor is a must.
3. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
4. Proficient in construction project management software.
5. Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
6. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
9. Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
10. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
