Constellation Search Group is Hiring a Drywall estimator Near Beltsville, MD
Constellation Search Group is immediately staffing for a Drywall Estimator over Commercial Construction projects located in Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
These are direct hire positions with base salary, bonus and fantastic benefits including early release on fridays, generous 401K match, Company-paid life, AD&D and long-term disability insurance, and plenty of PTO.
Top Must Haves :
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on construction drywall estimating experience & preferably 4 years experience in commercial construction.
Prior experience in onscreen takeoff and Sage Timberline construction estimating tool.
Ability to understand construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Requirements :
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, demonstrating a track record of accurate and competitive cost estimates.
Proficiency in using construction estimating software and tools
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
Problem-solving skills to identify cost-effective solutions.
