Duties:

Guest services are designed to enhance the guest experience from their arrival to their departure. This role is hands on with all guests and requires a high level of interaction.

Day to Day Expectations:

• Manage the front podium to provide immediate service to all guests
• Assist guest upon arrival by meeting them at their vehicle
• Directing them to the appropriate front desk agent to check them in for their stay

• Park the guest vehicle
• Charge them for parking (This may be handled by the Constellation Concierge)
• Ticket the car app

• Provide luggage assistance to the guest unit
• Check in with the guest- if the guest has an item request ensure that it is within our scope to provide to the guest
• Items we can assist with are cribs(limited availability), diaper genies (limited availability), additional sheets, and towels.
• We cannot provide rollaway beds, housekeeping services, late check outs, early check ins.
• If the guest would like to enquire about the above listed items they will need to contact their property management host.

• Provide vehicle assistance to all guests
• Enforce and provide guidance for all guests regarding parking and garage rules.

• Assist the front desk agents with guest services
• Provide guest tours of the property
• Provide recommendations to local restaurants

• Assist Black Tie with after hours ski valet
• Ensure to properly label guests items upon arrival and log their ski equipment to ensure they leave with the same items.

• Aid in guest departures
• Schedule the guest departure between front desk agents
• In 15 minute intervals

• Provide luggage assistance to all guests
• Ensure all guest have all luggage and ski equipment upon departure

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garage and common spaces.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sprint short distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break)
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. (signs, luggage, etc.)

Essential Qualifications:

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English in written and/or oral forms.
• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

• No hats unless provided by HRCA

All clothing should be classified as business casual. No hoodies, distressed jeans, worn down sneakers, uncollared shirts and light jeans.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
