Position Details
Qualifications :
Have and maintain current knowledge in the field of custodial operations.
Experience in a leadership position.
Possess good communication skills.
Possess computer skills.
Be dependable and have the ability to work with district staff.
Duties :
Maintain district custodial operations to ensure district cleaning standards are met.
Hire, direct, train and evaluate all district custodial employees.
Monitor, store, dispense, inventory and order custodial equipment and supplies.
Ensure proper worker safety and efficiency.
Coordinate custodial services for evening events.
Perform any and all custodial duties as situations arise.
Perform custodial duties in assigned area and direct and help others during absences.
Plan, direct and evaluate all weekend, overtime custodial work.
Other duties as assigned by administration.
