Our company is seeking a highly experienced Decision Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex statistical models and machine learning algorithms to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The Decision Scientist will lead data analysis projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business insights, trends and opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
• Use data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analyses and incorporate them into our existing processes.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Who you are:

• A Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with SQL databases, including big data platforms such as Redshift or Snowflake.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in automating data transformation and integration processes for the purpose of generating business insights.
