Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Third-Party Billing Supervisor to join our team!
The Third-Party Billing Supervisor will oversee a team of 10-12 staff members. This is a great opportunity for those individuals with pharmacy experience and billing knowledge to take their career to the next level. As the Third-Party Billing Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, implement, execute, and update department policies and procedures.
• Plan and organize new hire training programs.
• Assist in oversight of the department including reviewing, managing, and approving reports; staffing schedules; audit duties; attending billing meetings.
• Mentor direct reports for potential internal opportunities, engage monthly in direct report 1:1 meetings.

• Experience working in a pharmacy setting required with insurance claim processing, including Medicaid claims billing.
• An Oregon State Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
