Overview:
Join the AgeSTRONG team as an Intake Specialist – Revenue Cycle and take your career to new heights! AgeSTRONG & Consonus Healthcare are offering an exceptional opportunity to be a part of our growing Central Billing Team.
Position Highlights:
As an Intake Specialist with AgeSTRONG, you will work closely with our Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) and AgeSTRONG Clinical Teams to ensure compliance with medical record and billing while maintaining a streamlined patient intake process for all our client’s living in Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities.
Schedule:

• Part Time (16-29 hours/week)
• Monday through Friday – flexible start & end times
• Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite at our Home Office Location in Milwaukie, OR is required.

Responsibilities:

• Process verification of benefits, and track Plan of Care Physician signatures for all clients at assigned clinics
• Process prior authorization requests for patients and communicate related issues to RCM and/Clinical Teams
• Review new patient intake forms for accuracy and set up patient profiles in documentation software
• Update patient profiles in software with documents supporting prior authorization approvals and denials
