Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for various construction and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, possess a wide range of trade skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Frame carpentry
- Drywall repair and floating
- Professional Painting
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction or related field
- Strong knowledge and skills in various trades, including but not limited to Carpentry, Painting, drywall work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
