What You'll Do

• Directs all phases of projects from the inception through completion
• Develops required resource plans to support project schedules and tasks
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing requirements and inventories
• Responsible for logically and systematically evaluating project and process problems to determine appropriate solutions through recovery plans

What You Can Expect

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Typical relevant experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
• OR Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Typical relevant experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.
• OR Ten or more years of relevant education, training, and/or progressive experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting
• Prior experience in disposition of waste, WM, and WRM requirements and processes

Preferred Job Requirements

• Preferred 5 to 13 years of experience at Y-12 working with multi-discipline teams
• Preferred experience in DOT regulations
• Preferred working knowledge of shipping and waste logistics in conjunction with Y-12 conduct of operations
