REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• RN License (GA) (SC) -We are a multi-state office!
• CPR certificate
• TB skin test or x-ray
• 2 valid forms of identification
• COVID vaccine preferred, but not required
• 1 year experience in CNA/ Caregiving
