We are looking for caregivers for an Intermediate Care Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Foster independence while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents
• Create a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued and respected
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote personal growth and development
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress

Qualifications:

• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required
• American Heart Association BLS CPR
