Duties/Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. This includes but is not limited to the following:

· Represents CAS in a friendly and professional manner in-person, over the phone, and in writing

· Addresses escalated client concerns

· Maintains client relationships, remaining knowledgeable of client needs and changes

· Configure system updates for client needs and customization requests

· Coordinate with software partners to address CAS concerns, fix requests, and service requests

· Reviews and provides eligibility to participant and approves/denies leave of absence events

· Processes weekly and monthly Leave Admin employer reports

· Tracks all intermittent and consecutive leaves

· Contacts healthcare provider for paperwork clarification when needed

· Answers and advises on FMLA-related employer and agent communication

· Handles escalated leave of absence participant, employer, and agent concerns

· Assist CAS FMLA specialists with compliance or questions regarding FMLA & LOA needs

· Reads all documentation clearly and precisely for processing

· Makes appropriate notations within AbsenceSoft and Salesforce

· Follows up with employees before issuing a denial

· Knowledgeable about file feed templates

· Sets up and sends employer notifications and portal credentials

· Processes historical cases upon new client takeover and sends appropriate communication to participants

· Completes all Software ToDos daily

· Maintains knowledge about ongoing regulatory environment and changes

· Develop training resources and materials for Specialists and Customer Service

· Uses available resources to develop relevant knowledge and skills

· Assist Sales Team with demos

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Five years of Customer Service experience

· At least one year of FMLA & LOA experience

· Proficient experience with spreadsheets and/or bookkeeping software, data entry, word processing,

e-mail management, and file management

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail skills

· Presents a professional image

· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
