We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with memory care needs or dementia

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
