Conservice is Hiring an Office Manager Near Logan, UT

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our team, supporting HR/Recruiting and our Grill (Conservice cafeteria) operations. This position is central to maintaining our company's operational flow and managing supplies, shipments, and more. As a key ambassador of Conservice's culture, exceptional customer service skills are essential for welcoming clients, team members, and guests.

This is a dynamic role that demands meticulous attention to detail, adept time management, and a proactive approach. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Support Grill (cafeteria) operations as needed, including meal delivery and register/kiosk duties
  • Assist with data input and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate shipping and tracking of onboarding equipment for new hires (laptops, monitors, etc.)
  • Oversee building access and badge management
  • Handle swag gift orders, from placement to distribution
  • Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
  • Set up, maintain, and track office equipment
  • Undertake significant projects independently
  • Collaborate on planning and organizing holiday events
  • Address other ad-hoc tasks as they arise

Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to unforeseen challenges
  • Thrives in high-pressure situations and consistently exceeds expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Holds a clean driving record for insurance purposes (21 years or older)
  • Comfortable lifting 20-50 lbs
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful
