We are an office furniture company seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Installer to join our team on a part time basis, with availability to work on projects from time to time. The projects typically last one day or less, and ocassionally multiple days, subject to your availability. As a Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various types of furniture for commercial clients, including desks, cubicles, seating, storage, etc. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret furniture installation plans and instructions
- Assemble and install furniture according to specifications
- Ensure proper alignment, stability, and functionality of furniture pieces
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations
- Move and position furniture pieces as needed
- Inspect finished installations for quality and accuracy
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial furniture assembly/installation required
- Familiarity with different types of furniture assembly techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
