Enchanted Rock Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and service for our residents. This position requires excellent time management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food production and preparation in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Serve meals to residents and ensure proper portion control
- Clean and sanitize work areas, dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of meal service
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely meal service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and their families
