```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in patient care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or in hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
