Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into computerized databases and file systems. This is a clerical role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various office software programs.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe data from various sources into computerized databases
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using specialized software
- Maintain and update files and records as needed
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Verify accuracy of entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
- Keep sensitive information confidential and secure
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or related clerical work preferred
- Proficient in using office software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with computerized databases and file systems
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
