Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
