Overview

The Analyst, Payment Solutions is responsible for supporting program day to day payment operations. This team member will be a crucial liaison between program operations and finance with responsibility for resolving payment related questions and issues. Also, responsible for identifying trending issues and supporting solutions including the development and implementations of payment related work instructions and SOPs. The analyst will also lead payment related auditing to ensure program appropriate use.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for check maintenance including check stop payments, check reissues, check voids, and requests for check copies
• Execute edits to debit card accounts including loading and unloading of funds and transferring funds from one card to another
• Develop and deliver reporting related to payment support requests.
• Review debit card activity to support the identification of potential program misuse
• Create payment related work instructions, SOPs and process flows
• Provides ongoing feedback and the culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and ideas to the team leadership
• Liaison between Patient Affordability Solutions team, IT and Operations for One JIRA Platform Patient needs, including updates and implementation of ticketing edits and training.
• Resolve questions about ACH payments

Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in Customer service or accounts payable experience with a 4-year degree, or 3-5 years without
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
