Retail Media is growing FAST – can you be a big part of Connections’ own growth journey?

Position: Partnership and Program Operations Manager

Connections is a media business at the heart of retail media.
We exclusively represent some of North
America’s best family retailers, like Carter’s and Shutterfly.

Our role is to monetize their media programs – from customer emails and post checkout page ads, through
to samples and leaflets in their stores and home deliveries.

We’re a small team with a big opportunity – and we need a key
team member to help us achieve that ambition!

Every person at Connections is focused on business growth – and this important role is no exception.

Your role

The biggest part of the role is to manage retailers’ programs, using our proprietary software. This needs a great organizational ability, combined with a nose for
business.

Operations include coordinating physical deliveries of samples and
print, through to making sure digital assets are correct and everything is approved by the retailers.

This position drives growth in two ways –
making sure communication and operations are first class, and finding opportunities from our programs
that the sales team can convert. It needs one eye
on detail, but the other on the lookout for opportunity.

The same skills will be needed for the other key part of the role, which is working with the sales team to prospect for new
retailers and advertisers.

Although backed by a larger group, Connections is a
small, very busy team that acts
like a start-up – so you’ll also need to be
prepared to get involved wherever the team
needs it.

What Will You Be Doing:

·
Fostering relationships by managing and growing our Retailer programs

·
Hold weekly calls with
our main retailers to receive vital
updates on distribution of marketing, feedback, and other projects.

·
Build and maintain relationships with our retailers, so they see you as their “go-to” operational contact.

·
Work alongside sales to find potential programs that would be a
good fit for our Family and Moms-focused portfolio.

·
Manage our marketplace to make sure all current
programs are online and accessible to potential clients.

·
See gaps or holes in our relationships with clients
and help fill those to create stronger partnerships.

·
Attend weekly team meetings and be a vocal & positive force on
the team.

·
Ensure all ad campaigns are completed on time and
accurately.

·
Maintain operating systems and spreadsheets with the
most up to date information on our partners as possible.

·
Assist the Sales Manager on materials and tasks related to our exclusive
programs.

Requirements:

·
BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin,
or a related field/experience

·
Ability to time manage and work from home- working remote has its challenges, we will help you get
set up and ready. We need YOU to be able to stay focused and diligent in a role
with a lot of autonomy.

·
Self-starter that can take direction and run with it

·
3 years in project management, marketing,
advertising, e-commerce, or equivalent experience

·
Extremely organized with multiple projects going at once

·
Not afraid to ask questions or speak up - everyone’s voice matters here!

·
Ability to grow relationships with retailers and other contacts.

·
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

·
Strong negotiation and communication skills

·
Greater Atlanta area preferred (open to driving distance if you are the right candidate).

·
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven
mindset - meaning you can look at the problem and come up with viable solutions on how
we can solve it together.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
