Our client, an Ambulatory Surgery Center located near Columbus, OH, is seeking a RN Administrator for Surgical Services. Candidates MUST be a RN and MUST have surgical services experience, either in a hospital setting or an Ambulatory Surgery Center to be considered. They are looking for someone who is an RN is required for this position. Someone with ASC leadership experience is highly preferred. Someone who is financially savvy is also preferred. A candidate that has direct OR leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting may be considered as well.

Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. The Surgical Suites is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 2 OR’s and 1 Treatment room. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Orthopedics, Spine and Plastics.

Job Summary

• Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• RN Required.
• Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the surgery field.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
